With Christmas fast approaching and the cost of living crisis biting deep, we are calling on Abtran to make full use of the small benefit exemption scheme available to all employers and give all members of staff an enhanced Christmas bonus this year.

We suggest 250 euro for anybody with less than 1 year of service with a 100 euro incremental increase per year of service, capped at 1000 euro.

Under 1 year = 250 euro
1-2 years = 350 euro
2-3 years = 450 euro
3-4 years = 550 euro
4-5 years = 650 euro
5-6 years = 750 euro
6-7 years = 850 euro
7-8 years = 950 euro
8-9 years and over = 1000 euro

We feel that these are satisfactory, respectable and suitable rewards for the employees of Abtran and call upon all Abtran workers, regardless of their position, to sign this petition, which will be delivered to the CEO of Abtran.

An enhanced Christmas bonus would take huge pressure off of many of the employees, whose wage, regardless of financial planning, is simply not enough.

We call on the company to recognise our hard work as workers with many skills across diverse and demanding accounts.
